Through its (R&D;)₂-Design line, Erreditre offers designers, public administrations, and real estate asset managers a comprehensive support service for the design of innovative redevelopment projects—integrated from both an energy and structural perspective—as well as for the planning and management of integrated maintenance projects.

The team will, when necessary, call upon qualified external consultants such as energy engineers, plant engineers, ergonomists, urban planners, and experts in urban design, urban regeneration, financial planning, and Life Cycle Thinking (LCT), Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Life Cycle Cost (LCC) as applied to the construction sector. All of these professionals, carefully selected from among experts in the field of holistic redevelopment (architectural, structural, and energy-related), will be coordinated by the managers of Erreditre’s (R&D;)₂ division.
