HABIT Project

funded by the Lombardy Region’s “Collabora & Innova” call for proposals

September 2025 – ongoing

Erreditre Ingegneria is a partner in the HABIT project— “Housing Advancements for Better Inclusive and Technological Living, funded by the Lombardy Region’s “Collabora & Innova” call for proposals, in collaboration with the DISA Department of the University of Bergamo, GRUPPO DELDOSSI, CSMT Innovation Hub, DVArea, and Overflo. The project is developing a new hybrid, modular, flexible, and adaptable structural system inspired by a Life Cycle Thinking approach.

Prefabricated floor

Development of Industrialized Wooden Floor Modules

October 2025

As part of the expansion of the client’s structural product line, Erreditre Ingegneria conducted a study of the state of the art and the regulatory framework, defined project targets in accordance with LCT principles, the structural design, analytical and numerical validation, the development of calculation software to support designers in creating new industrialized wooden floor modules, and the search for industrial partnerships on behalf of the client for the production and marketing of the product.

Soncino Fortress

Level I Vulnerability Analysis of the Cylindrical Tower of the Soncino Fortress

November 2026

Erreditre Ingegneria conducted a Level I static vulnerability analysis of the cylindrical tower of the Rocca Sforzesca in Soncino, a historic structure of particular significance characterized by significant and evolving cracking patterns. The work focused on the static assessment of the base structural section, the coordination of on-site investigative surveys, and the identification of the causes of structural deterioration, with the goal of defining targeted measures to ensure structural safety while respecting the complex’s monumental value.

FEM Analysis

Complex Numerical Analyses for the Validation of Innovative Products

September 2026

To support an experimental campaign aimed at validating innovative technological solutions for the restoration of floor slabs in existing masonry buildings, Erreditre Ingegneria conducted preliminary nonlinear FEM numerical analyses. The simulations made it possible to validate the system’s behavior, optimize the test layout, and generalize the results to application configurations different from those tested in the laboratory.

Belgioioso Castle

Level 1 Static Vulnerability Analysis

February 2026

Erreditre Ingegneria conducted a structural analysis of a highly complex historic building under preservation, which is the result of interventions carried out over time. The work focused on developing a targeted and effective diagnostic program, conducting a subsequent structural assessment of the cross vaults—which had been affected by previous damage—and devising intervention solutions aimed at ensuring structural and seismic safety, while fully respecting the complex’s monumental value.

Winter Co-Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta (BS)

Automatic support system for the new doors of the Antegnati-Serassi monumental organ

November 2023

As part of the repositioning initiative—which involved returning Romanino’s works to their original location within the case of the monumental Antegnati-Serassi organ— we worked—together with the other parties involved—on the structural design of the new automated system for operating the monumental organ doors, while also providing support for the structural design and construction supervision.

Large-scale vulnerability

Large-scale analysis of structural vulnerabilities in buildings and infrastructure

March 2025

As part of a multidisciplinary team led by Prof. Giretti (UniBG), Erreditre Ingegneria analyzed the large-scale vulnerability of urban settlements located near a former mining area. The work involved geological modeling of the affected area, scientific research into similar phenomena, the identification of structural and infrastructural typologies, the establishment of vulnerability assessment criteria, and the development of risk matrices.

Monitoring and Dynamic Identification

Dynamic identification using environmental vibration tests or forced vibration tests

March 2025

Erreditre Ingegneria specializes in the monitoring and dynamic assessment of existing structures. In collaboration with the University of Bergamo Laboratory, we provide a comprehensive service—from test design and execution to data processing using customized algorithms—with the aim of increasing our understanding of the existing structures under investigation, calibrating numerical models, or monitoring their behavior over time.

Optimization of Structural Projects with a Focus on Sustainability

Technical improvements during the public bidding process

July 2024

The scientific expertise gained in the field of sustainability in the construction sector—and, more specifically, in structural engineering—gives Erreditre Ingegneria a unique perspective on design. LMV SpA approached us during the bidding phase to optimize two design proposals (a bridge and the seismic retrofitting of a hospital) with the aim of reducing the environmental, economic, and social impacts throughout the structures’ life cycles.

Multipurpose Hall at Palazzo Te

Renovation, Including Compliance with Regulatory Standards and Seismic Retrofit, of the Multipurpose Hall at Palazzo Te (Mantua)

January 2024

As part of a multidisciplinary working group specializing in the restoration and enhancement of historic heritage, Erreditre Ingegneria provided consulting services for the design of seismic retrofitting measures. The work focused in particular on the construction of a box-shaped roof structure on top of the existing wooden roof, while preserving the building’s distinctive features and monumental value.

Regional Finalists for the CNA Changes Award

Awards Ceremony in Provaglio d’Iseo (BS)

October 2024

Erreditre Ingegneria has been recognized and selected to participate in the regional finals of CNA’s “Premio Cambiamenti” award. “Innovation, creativity, and significant social impact are the characteristics shared by the startups that won the provincial rounds in Brescia and Bergamo of the ‘Cambiamenti Award,’ a CNA contest that recognizes innovative thinking.” — Giornale di Brescia
